Accessibility adjustments on this site

Online Sessions

For online breathwork sessions:

We use platforms such as Zoom, which include accessibility features like live captions.

Written session guidance can be provided in advance on request.

Breaks can be taken at any time, and you are always encouraged to listen to your body.

In-Person Sessions

For in-person breathwork sessions:

If you have any specific accessibility needs (for example, mobility considerations, seating support, or sensory preferences), please let us know in advance. We will do everything we can to make adjustments so you feel safe and supported.

If a particular venue does not meet your needs, we will be happy to explore alternative arrangements where possible.
