Soma Breathwork & Soundbath – Purton
Join us in Purton for a deeply restorative evening of guided Soma Breathwork followed by an immersive Soundbath experience.
Kim Richardson, Soma Breath Instructor, will guide you through a carefully designed breathwork journey using Soma Breath music technology. This powerful yet accessible practice works with rhythm, breath retention and sound to help regulate and calm the nervous system, creating space for clarity, balance and deep relaxation.
The breathwork session will gently transition into a beautiful Soundbath led by Pip Grisley, who will be using a combination of therapeutic sounds including crystal bowls. The resonant tones and vibrations support integration, helping the body and mind settle into a state of rest and restoration.
What to bring:
Just yourselves, a bottle of water and layered clothing so you can adjust your comfort.
You’re welcome to lie down or sit up — whatever feels right for you. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and some eye masks will be available, and we encourage you to bring anything additional that will help you feel cosy and supported.
This is a space to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in a calm and welcoming environment.
